Feasture
1.HSIN Series gas piston pressure gauge uses dry pure air or pure nitrogen as the gas source and does not pollute the tested equipment. It is mainly designed for clean laboratories, medical industries and testing places with high pollution protection level, which is simpler and safer;
2.It has patented piston pressure system components, which structure is novel and tool. It is tool free disassembly and assembly, convenient for system cleaning and sealing ring replacement, convenient, fast and safe;
3.It upgrades and increases the intake flow control valve to control the intake flow more accurately, so as to avoid damage to the piston system and the tested instrument caused by excessive intake;
4.The positive and negative gas (- 0.1-0.6)MPa display part is upgraded. The touch integrated 3.5-inch color LCD display system is adopted to increase the display functions of temperature, humidity and pressure (convertible MPa, kPa, psi, bar) and display the pressure value in real time.
5.The performance of the fine-tuning system is better than that of the oil pressure regulating system. The pressure regulating process is easy, without pressure relief and maintenance.
6.The positive pressure gas (0.1-6) MPa is also equipped with high-precision pressure sensor (convertible MPa, kPa, psi, bar) on the original basis (displacement; temperature and humidity) to display the pressure value in real time.
7.M20 with two quick meter ports × 1.5), with stop valve (optional by the customer), which can be used for sealing test.
8.The gauge seat stop valve (optional by customers) and pressure regulator are maintenance free and easy to operate.
9.The handle design is reasonable and personalized according to the hand grip.
10.The main engine shell adopts 12mm thick aluminum alloy plate and stainless steel panel, which is firm and stable.
