Description

HSIN9100 intelligent temperature and humidity inspection instrument is composed of PC, on-site multi-channel data acquisition host and temperature and humidity sensor. Its on-site multi-channel data acquisition host is based on high-performance temperature and humidity data acquisition unit, which is displayed and controlled by 7.0-inch full touch LCD screen. The stores data which has large body memory can be completely separated from the computer to independently complete the collection and real-time display of on-site temperature and humidity data, and fully meet the requirements of customers for measurement accuracy, portability and convenience. The system can be connected with the computer in real time through RS232 port to complete the collection of real-time data by the computer. It is applicable to the effectiveness detection of temperature deviation, temperature uniformity, temperature fluctuation, relative humidity deviation, relative humidity uniformity and relative humidity fluctuation of environmental test equipment. The automatic verification / calibration system is mainly used for aviation parts heat treatment furnace, muffle furnace, constant temperature and humidity drying oven, constant temperature and humidity oven (room), high and low temperature test chamber, incubator, cement curing chamber, water bath pot, refrigerator, cold storage, box resistance furnace, high temperature carbon fixing furnace, etc. It reduces the workload and labor intensity of temperature field detection, standardizes the operation, and reduces the error of measurement results. It is convenient for the management of enterprise equipment archives database.

1.The data collector adopts 7.0-inch LCD color display and capacitive touch screen, to display its configuration and real-time data.

2.The temperature and humidity test equipment meets the technical index requirements of national calibration specification JJF1101-2019.It can calculate the temperature and humidity deviation , uniformity and fluctuation automatically, also, generate the original records that meet the requirements of national laboratory accreditation. The software provides templates and interfaces for the modification of original records, verification / calibration certificates to facilitate modification.

3.S, R, B, J, K, N, e, t and other thermocouples can be used for the temperature uniformity test of heat treatment furnace.

4.The measuring temperature range is wide (related to the selection of sensors), and the measuring points are 16 four wire thermal resistors or 16 thermocouples.

5.The humidity data acquisition can be connected to the digital signal of 4-channel inlet temperature and humidity sensor at the same time, meeting the requirements of verification regulation JJG205-2005
