Description

Hsin9900 intelligent thermal instrument group control verification system is an automatic control and test system composed of computer, printer, high-precision digital multimeter, multi-channel scanning controller, thermocouple verification furnace, thermostatic bath, etc. The device is used for automatic verification of various working thermocouples and thermal resistors; It can control 1 ~ 4 calibration furnaces and 1 ~ 2 thermostatic baths respectively. The verification device adopts software and hardware operation automation design. In addition to binding, furnace loading (slot), wiring and parameter setting, other work (such as line inspection, temperature control, verification, data storage, etc.) of the system are completed automatically by the system. It greatly improves the work efficiency and it is very suitable for large and medium-sized enterprises with large batch thermocouple verification needs.

1.Measurement accuracy: Six and a half digit high-precision digital meter with accuracy of 0.003% and resolution of 0.1 μ V、0.1mΩ. Seven and a half digit meter, accuracy 0.002%, resolution 0.01 μ V、0.01mΩ.

2.Multi channel scanning control device: imported ultra-low potential gold contact electronic measurement relay is selected, and the parasitic current is less than 0.4 μ V

6.Intelligent temperature control system: It adopts imported high-precision temperature controller, large LCD display screen and quasi five digit display and double row data display at the same time. The temperature control instrument has self-tuning function, which can be automatically adjusted through self-tuning program, so that customers can easily set the PID parameters of the verification points of each verification furnace, under the condition of no obvious environmental change, the setting parameters are effective for a long time.
