Recently, the China Society for Metrology and Testing hosted a training program titled "Training Course on the Implementation and Application of Temperature-Related Metrology Technical Specifications" in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province. The training program focused closely on key national technical specifications for temperature metrology, delivering comprehensive and accessible instruction.

First, the course provided a detailed explanation of JJF 2220-2025 "Calibration Specification for Steady-State Thermal Conductivity Tester," covering calibration principles, methodologies, procedures, and critical considerations. This enabled participants to understand how to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement results from steady-state instruments, thereby supporting precise evaluation of material thermal conductivity performance.

Second, the interpretation of JJF 2221-2025 "Calibration Specification for Transient Thermal Conductivity Tester" clarified the characteristics of transient thermal conductivity measurement methods and the essential technical aspects of instrument calibration. This knowledge equips professionals to apply transient techniques more effectively in practical applications.

Third, the training addressed JJG 75-2022 "Standard Platinum-Rhodium 10-Platinum Thermocouple," with emphasis on verification procedures, proper usage, and maintenance practices. As a fundamental reference device for temperature traceability, the stability and reliability of standard thermocouples are crucial to accurate temperature measurement. The session enhanced participants’ understanding of the technical requirements governing these instruments.
