The HSIN6800 automatic pressure calibration system is an advanced pressure sensor calibration and screening system that integrates a modular cabinet, Mensor pressure controller, pressurization system, cooling system, computer, and associated pressure accessories. This system applies pressure to calibration sensors using various gas media and outputs multiple pressure real values. The pressure controller automatically and continuously generates different pressures as per predefined settings. All data are meticulously recorded and stored in computerized data files for subsequent analysis and reporting. The software also generates fully customized calibration documents or certificates. The entire process is fully automated, ensuring high accuracy and eliminating human intervention.

The HSIN9000 temperature calibration system is an integrated solution combining computer technology, electronics, and automatic testing methodologies. It features a multi-channel scanning device with a high-precision programmable digital multimeter for automatic data collection during verification. The system employs an algorithm that combines fuzzy logic and PID control to manage the temperature of the verification furnace, resulting in rapid heating, short adjustment times, and excellent constant temperature performance. The monitoring software is designed using a modular approach, offering comprehensive functionality, automatic verification, flexible operation, and significantly reducing labor intensity while meeting thermocouple verification standards.
