As a leading research and production base for aero engines and helicopter transmission systems in China, AVIC Harbin Dongan Engine is one of the country's key aviation enterprises. It specializes in the production of aero engines, helicopter deceleration transmission systems, aviation electromechanical products, gas turbine generator sets, and other related products. The company's operations involve extensive pressure instrument calibration activities. Recently, due to the need for on-site pressure instrument calibration, it was necessary to procure several sets of on-site automatic pressure calibration tables. Among various suppliers, Hengsheng Weiye's professional design and manufacturing capabilities were recognized by the project leader, leading to the signing of a procurement contract.

The HSIN6000B automatic Pressure Calibrator Features an integrated electric pump with intelligent control, enabling rapid and precise pressure output settings. It includes multiple built-in pressure modules and supports external pressure modules to ensure full-range coverage. The equipment's output port is designed to integrate seamlessly with the main equipment structure. Special attention has been given to portability, instrument interfaces, and gas path protection, effectively preventing part loss or internal cavity contamination during complex on-site testing. This allows AVIC to achieve on-site automatic verification of pressure transmitters, pressure switches, and other instruments.
