The decision to deploy the HSIN6800 comes in response to Liens’ rapidly expanding order book and the scaling production of multiple specialized sensor variants—including high-temperature, high-pressure, and miniaturized models. As production volumes have surged, the company’s legacy manual calibration workflows proved increasingly inadequate for meeting the demands of high-throughput, high-accuracy, and fully traceable standardized testing. Key constraints included operator-induced deviations, limited batch capacity, labor-intensive data logging, and the inability to support uninterrupted 24/7 testing cycles—all of which constrained both R&D iteration velocity and final-test throughput.
