Recently,Shaanxi Longli Metrology & Testing Co., Ltd. has officially completed the procurement and acceptance of the HSIN8000 Liquid Level Gauge calibration system from Beijing Hengshengweiye Technology Co., Ltd (Hereinafter referred to as"HSIN") .This strategic move marks a significant upgrade in Longli Metrology’s liquid level measurement and calibration capabilities.

The selection of the HSIN8000 system represents a critical step in enhancing the company’s technical qualifications, expanding its calibration services, and strengthening market competitiveness.
With the rapid advancement of industrial intelligence, a wide range of new liquid level gauges has emerged, serving key industries such as petrochemicals, water treatment, power generation, and industrial manufacturing. However, traditional calibration systems often fall short in accuracy, operational convenience, and adaptability—compromising data reliability and traceability while failing to meet modern compliance standards.
In response, HSIN developed the HSIN8000 series through extensive market research and technical innovation. Designed specifically for calibrating various liquid level instruments, the HSIN8000 integrates software and electrical measurement technologies to achieve fully automated, high-precision calibration. The system supports custom configurations with a maximum range of 4,000 mm. Its core measurement system features a high-precision grating displacement platform, delivering standard accuracy of ±0.02 mm and liquid level control error as low as ±0.05 mm—fully compliant with the JJG 971-2019 national calibration standard.
